When reserving the Siena Hall Conference Center, organizations must provide a copy of the IRS Determination Letter issued to the Organization granting 501(c)(3) status and/or a copy of an IRS Affirmation Letter issued to the Organization affirming such status.

Name of organization, name of event, approximate date(s), approximate number of participants, any special needs, etc. Explain why you believe that your organization and the event itself are in line with the mission supported by the Siena Hall Conference Center.

The Dominican Campus on which Aquinas College is located is owned and operated by St. Cecilia Congregation. All organizations hosting events, and the events taking place at Siena Hall Conference Center must be in line with the mission of St. Cecilia Congregation, Aquinas College and the Catholic Church. All activities associated with Aquinas College, including those at Siena Hall Conference Center, are subject to approval by the President of Aquinas College, who is the sole arbiter of whether the use of Siena Hall fits within the mission of St. Cecilia Congregation, Aquinas College and the Catholic Church. Persons or groups requesting such permission shall submit their agendas in advance of any planned event to allow its consideration. In no case will persons or groups holding, advancing and advocating beliefs or practices that conflict with the mission of St. Cecilia Congregation or with the magisterial teaching of the Catholic Church be permitted the use of Siena Hall or the Dominican Campus’ grounds.
